Keitaro Moteki is one of the first students in Cabell County to receive the prestigious Seal of Biliteracy.  This is a nationally recognized award that certifies that a student has attained a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, listening, and writing in English and at least one other world language. We are so proud of Keitaro and all of his achievements.
