🎉 Teacher of the Month: Mr. David Stewart! 🎉

We are proud to celebrate Mr. Stewart, one of our wonderful fifth grade teachers! He greets each day with a smile and an infectious laugh that makes learning fun. He handles challenging behaviors with patience and care, helping students feel supported and ready to learn.

Mr. Stewart loves mathematics, and it shows in the way he explains concepts at his students’ level until they truly understand. He is also a fantastic writer who inspires his students to write more than they ever thought they could.

His dedication reaches well beyond his classroom. Mr. Stewart arrives early, rarely misses a day, and is someone our school can always count on. As our school sysop and go-to technology helper, he fixes computers, printers, and iPads—and even makes sure we have the ink we need!

Thank you, Mr. Stewart, for the joy, skill, and dependability you bring to Guyandotte Elementary. We are lucky to have you! 💚
