Huntington High’s Chloe Smalley’s Art Celebrated as part of West Virginia Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Poster Contest

Chloe Smalley earned first-place in the 40th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. State Holiday Commission Poster Competition in the high school division. Her art is currently on display in the Great Hall of the West Virginia Cultural Center as part of their Black History Month celebrations. Her piece showcased highlights from Dr. King’s famous “I Have a Dream” speech.
