Madison McCallister is an 8th grader at Barboursville Middle School and was recently selected to attend an Elite Training Camp in Viera, FL. USSSA Fastpitch hosts this camp for 2023-2028 graduates. Maddie is one of only 148 thirteen year olds from across the country to be selected. Only three of these players are from West Virginia. Madison is registered as a catcher/utility player. At the camp, she received instruction from the USSSA Pride Professional softball team. She also participated in several combine-style games.
