Milton Middle School Resource Officer and Cabell County Sheriff’s Deputy, Corporal Mike Talbott, is being honored as the Superintendent’s Superhero for April 2023. Mr. Talbott was nominated for not only keeping Milton students, staff, and families safe, he is also an integral part of the school community, actively working to encourage students' academic, social and emotional growth.
