Cooking Class Completion

Today was the last day of the the Fall 2019 cooking class, led by the WVU Extension Agency.  Students had such a good time learning how to chop, cut, season, and cook healthy foods this semester.  Students were introduced to a variety of healthy food options that they are capable of preparing for their families.  Students had so much fun participating in a salsa competition to create the best tasting salsa at Crossroads Academy!
