Cooking Class
On November 13, 2019, students experimented with pasta.  The previous week students created teams to work with throughout the cooking courses being provided by the West Virginia University Extension Agency.  They also made parfaits.  Today they created pasta dishes.  Students selected a menu from multiple options: Fettucine Alfredo, macaroni and cheese, lasagna, and spaghetti.  Pastas were paired with a healthy mixed salad. 
These cooking courses give students the skills and confidence needed to begin creating healthy meals at home.  Students love cooking!
