Popular “Night on Fifth” student art event returns November 14

Cabell County Schools “A Night on Fifth” Superintendent’s Art Walk has become a crowd favorite among students, staff, parents and other guests. 

The first “Night on Fifth” for the 2019-2020 school year will be Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the Cabell County Schools Central Office first floor, 2850 5th Avenue in Huntington. The main entrance and parking are located at the rear of the building.

The art show will feature student artwork from Davis Creek Elementary, Hite-Saunders Elementary, Martha Elementary School, Nichols Elementary School, Barboursville Middle School, Huntington East Middle School Huntington Middle School, and Milton Middle School. Entertainment will be provided by Huntington Middle School Band students, Jonathan Niesem, Mea Markun, Caroline Rollyson and Christian Garnes. Hors d'oeuvres prepared by Cabell Midland High School Pro Start will be served.

There is no charge for the “A Night on Fifth” student art exhibition.  Community members and representatives of the news media are invited and encouraged to attend.
