  1. What is my log-in information? 

Your log-in information is your Office 365 email address and email password. 


  1. Where do I access my email? 

You can get to your email at


  1. What if I can’t get logged into Virtual School or my email? 

You need to contact one of our tech guys:

  1. What if I can’t get my device to work?

  1. What’s my schedule? 

All virtual students will have the same grade appropriate schedule: 

Semester 1: Math, English, Science, Social Studies, Health/PE, Art 

Semester 2: Math, English, Science, Social Studies, Gen. Music, STEM 

*Some students will be signed up for Algebra 1, Geometry, or Spanish based upon their academic requirements. 


  1. What do I do if I have questions once logged into WV Learns? 

You will need to contact the teacher assigned to the course.  Their information will be included in each course. 


  1. Who do I contact if I need a test/exam proctored? 

Ms. Mona Evans @ [email protected]. She will be available to proctor tests/exams at the Cabell County Board of Education on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-3:00pm in Computer Lab B.  It is parent/guardian responsibility to provide transportation.

Upcoming Events


Last Day for Seniors to work in WVVS courses

SENIORS: The passwords will be removed from your Math, Science, and Language Arts final exams the week of May 10-14. The passwords for all other WVLearns courses have been removed. If you find that a final is password protected (excluding Math, Science, or Language Arts) contact the virtual school teacher and ask that the password be removed.
Senior virtual school students must have all work submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 2021.
