Hite-Saunders staff believes that every child deserves opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

We believe...
1. Hite-Saunders will provide a safe, nurturing environment conducive to learning for all.

Goals
All students will be engaged in rigorous and vertically-aligned curriculum and instruction by showing 75% proficiency on state-wide testing in math and ELA by 2020.
Our school will have strong instructional leadership, a highly effective workforce, and an effective data management system demonstrated by 90% participation in school-wide data collection initiatives in the 2019-2020 school year.
We will establish, ensure, and maintain learning environments that are safe and conducive to learning. The school will ensure student safety by completing 100% of state required emergency drills. The school will provide a supportive environment as evidenced by 85% satisfaction on a student survey during the 2019-2020 school year.
As a school we will develop extensive and meaningful parent and community relationships. We will communicate regularly with stakeholders. Community participation and parent interaction will be documented. At least one opportunity for stakeholder interaction will be offered each 9 weeks during the 2019-2020 school year.
