Virtual School

Virtual School

Cabell County Schools recognizes that students learn in a variety of ways. Because of this, the district provides a virtual education program currently for students in grades K-12. Taking virtual school classes allows students an alternative way to earn a high school diploma and/or credits towards a high school diploma. Cabell County Schools' virtual school policy can be found here
Ms. Mona Evans is the county's virtual school monitor/tutor. She is available every Tuesday and Thursday that school is in session from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Computer Lab B at the Board of Education. Full time virtual school students report to Ms. Evans to take quizzes and/or exams. No appointment is needed; students may just show up! Ms. Evans is also available to tutor students. Additionally, full time virtual school students can use the computer lab during Ms. Evans' hours for a quiet place to work and study. Ms. Evans can be contacted at [email protected]

Part time virtual school students will report to their counselors at their home school to take quizzes and/or exams.
