School Wi-Fi Hotspots

All schools in Cabell County have an external wireless internet access point as a part of Governor Justice's Kids Connect program. The authentication system, which requires the student/staff K12 email account and password, goes active at the end of December 2020. A captive portal page will appear once the WVKidsConnect wireless network is selected and a browser is opened. That page will have guidance as well as helpdesk information. WVNET handles the helpdesk operation and will have access to reset passwords for those who forget passwords.

In Cabell County, all public libraries and Mountwest Community College have the Kids Connect network operational for students and staff.

Applications for Students
